Advance the cause. Support your community. Strengthen your team.

Covenant House Illinois offers corporate and community partners the opportunity to help homeless youth find ways out of chronic homelessness and onto paths toward productive adult lives.

From event sponsorship and cause marketing to days of service and Sleep Out, we will work with you on ways to support the fight to eradicate youth homelessness while fostering teamwork and collaboration with your colleagues. Here are just some of the ways you and your organization can partner with us:

Covenant House's signature event, Sleep Out, is a national movement that has raised more than $50 million for homeless and at-risk youth. Participants spend one night sleeping outside in solidarity with homeless youth while raising funds critical to our mission. Corporations, nonprofit organizations, community groups, and volunteer teams have all been an integral part in the success of Sleep Out.

Beginning in 2017, Covenant House International launched Sleep Out America - a compliment to traditional Sleep Out events that allows participants to Sleep Out at any location across the US. While traditional Sleep Outs take place at designated sites in Covenant House cities, Sleep Out America is perfect for youth groups, college students, church congregations, families, and more.

Covenant House Illinois has worked with many of its community and corporate partners to offer personal enrichment programming and life skills workshops to our youth. Art workshops with One Hear One Soul, Skills to Succeed curriculum with Accenture's Communities of Practice, and trauma-informed engagement with Catholic Charities are a few examples of the ways that these partners have engaged with Covenant House Illinois and brought more robust programming and services to our youth.

Planning a day of service for employees, volunteers, or members of your organization is a great way to foster interpersonal relationships, increase overall organizational satisfaction, boost morale, and drive engagement. Our dedicated volunteer coordinator will work with you to find the perfect activity for your group - from organizing the clothing closet to planning a holiday party to serving a hot meal to our youth, the possibilities are endless. Covenant House Illinois can work with you to accommodate groups of nearly any size.

Covenant House Illinois is always looking to expand its community and grow its audiences through co-marketing opportunities with like-minded groups and mission-driven organizations. Co-marketing allows CHIL and its partner organizations to: reach new audiences; create and foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships; pool resources; increase efficiency; and share and build upon established best practices.

Our event sponsors play a key role in securing much needed funds in the fight to end youth homelessness. In consideration of your philanthropic goals, Covenant House Illinois will work with you to find opportunities that match your focus while identifying recognition levels that highlight your organization's commitment to the community.
