The Covenant House Faith Community is looking for friendly and compassionate college graduates interested in serving at-risk and homeless youth while developing professional skills. In addition to learning direct care and administrative support roles, you will live in a simple community with other college graduates dedicated to Catholic/Christian spirituality.

During the one-year program, Faith Community members practice daily the mission’s three pillars: Community, Service, and Prayer. Members spend 40 hours per week at one of the shelter sites working with at-risk youth to develop a better future for themselves. Housing is provided by the program with 3-4 members per home.The Faith Community program begins in mid-August every year. Applications are accepted throughout the year, with Early Bird Deadline on February 1, and the Final Deadline on June 15.
