Phillip Brown is a social services leader with more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit organizations, workforce development, and community outreach. Having served as a Case Manager, Family Coach, Site Coordinator, Supervisor, and Director, he is passionate about helping youth and adults achieve self-sufficiency through education, employment, counseling, and support services.

Phillip's expertise includes workforce development programs, case management, homelessness services, community engagement, and program leadership. A United States Navy veteran, he brings strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to service to every aspect of his work. He is dedicated to creating opportunities that empower individuals, strengthen families, and build healthier, more resilient communities.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Phillip remains committed to community engagement and advocating for programs and services that improve the lives of youth, families, and underserved populations.
