
John J. Grayhack, MD

Dr. Grayhack is a lifelong resident of Chicago. A graduate of the University of Chicago College and Pritzker School of Medicine, he did his Orthopedic Surgical residency at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Following a fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery at the Hospital of Sick Children at University of Toronto, John has served as a senior surgeon for the treatment and surgery of spinal deformities including complex scoliosis at The Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago (previously Childrens Memorial) and a Professor at Feinberg School of Medicine. An author of multiple publications and chapters regarding scoliosis and other spinal deformities, Dr. Grayhack has served on a number of advisory boards including Families with Spinal Muscular Atrophy and Illinois Spina Bifida Association. John and his wife, Julie, have 3 sons and reside in Glenview, IL.
