Tiff joins the Covenant House Board of Directors with 27 years of retail management experience, a BA in Early childhood education and International Business From Texas Tech University. She is currently the Sr. Vice president of Store Operations – West Division. Tiff joined Ulta Beauty in July 2017 as a District manager in Dallas Texas. Since this time Tiff has been a leader in our diversity, equity, and inclusion vision; serving as the executive chair of our Proud BRG. She built strong team collaborations, invested in our people's career growth, and impacted results which have led to her promotions to Regional Vice President of the Pacific Northwest Region for 3 years, and 2 years as the RVP of the Northeast region.

Tiff’s passion for people, how she leads with heart and strategy have impacted many leaders' careers throughout the organization. Tiff lives through our value of do what’s right and improve always values and has participated in several workstreams that have impacted the growth of our organization.  She maintains a focus on bigger performance, better processes and prioritizing together through the collaboration of her team and cross functional partners.

Tiff influences a highly engaged team that build safety, trust, and strong synergy, which fosters deep human connections and impacts our most important asset, our people. Tiff is a leader as strategist, teacher and driver of business results that contributes to building a strategy and the talent of today and the future.  The highlight of Tiff’s career at Ulta beauty is leading others to accomplish their goals and impact the lives of others the way she feels Ulta Beauty has impacted her life providing security for her and her family. In her free time Tiff spends time with her wife Tracie and 2 fur babies Kennedy and Mila and together they spend time giving back to the communities they serve.
