We're Growing - Join our team!

If you believe every young adult deserves high-quality care, see what it means to be a part of the Covenant House Illinois team.

What do we all have in common?

We care. With compassion, respect, and unconditional love, we remember that everything we do is to help youth regain control of their lives and explore their potential. We believe every young person deserves to live a full and happy life and it’s our job to support them on their journey.

We are always growing and searching for compassionate people to join our team of dynamic, committed folks who are dedicated to providing love and support for all youth in need. CHIL provides professional growth opportunities and excellent benefits (12 paid holidays, paid sick time, 3 weeks vacation). Additional perks include a signing bonus after 60 days of employment, professional development stipend, on-site training, as well as free, on-site secure parking.

What I love most about working for CHIL is that I am able to speak with so many youth about their experiences. Every person here has a different story, and I'm fortunate enough to listen to each and every one
