Before joining CHIL, Gwen was the Domestic Violence Program Manager for the YMCA, where she led initiatives to support and protect individuals and families affected by domestic violence. Previously, she served as the Associate Director for the Franciscan Homeless Shelter, where she oversaw operations and developed strategic programs to provide safe and supportive environments for homeless individuals. Gwen is highly regarded for her unwavering commitment to helping vulnerable populations through innovative program development and advocacy.
