Kenneth Leggin joined the Covenant House Illinois team in January 2025. With over 35 years of experience in social work, he has dedicated his career to serving youth and families in mental health and child welfare settings. Before joining CHIL, Kenneth served as the Cook North Child Protection Regional Administrator with the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Kenneth holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

With a strong foundation in both clinical practice and leadership, Kenneth is committed to being an "instrument of change," working to enhance the quality of life for youth and families.
